Privacy policy

Wilson is made by Stackworks Lab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Stackworks", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use wilson.xyz, talk to Wilson, create an account or set up your business, and what we do with it. Questions: support@wilson.xyz.
What we collect
- Your conversations with Wilson, typed or spoken. If you use voice, your microphone audio is streamed for live transcription while voice is on; we keep the text, not the audio.
- Your account: your name and email. Sign-in works by an emailed link; there's no password.
- Your setup: what you tell us about your business (what it does, its locations, the apps and systems you use today, what to hand over first).
- Your business records, once you choose to move in: the products, prices, stock, customers and other records we bring across to run your Wilson.
- Technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting and security providers process to deliver the site and block abuse. The site runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps a chat ID in your browser's local storage so a conversation can continue, and a sign-in cookie when you're signed in.
How we use it
- To answer you, set up your business and run your Wilson.
- To send the emails you need: sign-in links, setup updates and account notices.
- To keep the service secure and working.
Your records are used only to run your Wilson. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and we don't use your conversations or records to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- Anthropic, through OpenRouter, to generate Wilson's replies.
- ElevenLabs for live speech-to-text and Wilson's voice when you use voice.
- Resend to deliver our emails, and Proton for our mailboxes.
- Cloudflare for network delivery and security.
Accounts, conversations and records are stored on servers we operate (or, for Enterprise, on infrastructure agreed with you). When paid plans start, payments will be handled by a payment processor; we won't store card numbers.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, setup and records for as long as you use Wilson. If you close your account, we delete them, after giving you a copy if you ask for one; any deletion request is completed within 45 days. Conversations from visitors without an account are kept up to two years after the last message, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can get a copy of everything, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing support@wilson.xyz or asking from your account. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law, and we'll honour them.
Children
Wilson is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and we'll email account holders about significant changes.
