How much does it cost?
$299 a month per business, or $249 a month billed annually. Every feature, every location and your own Wilson, with everyday use included. Moving in is free during early access.
Do you charge per location or per user?
No. One price per business, however many locations, people, records or apps you have.
Is Wilson only for shops?
No. Selling in person is one thing Wilson handles. Service businesses, clinics, contractors, wholesalers, labs and online-only businesses get the same system, organized around their own records and jobs.
What does “everyday use included” mean?
The normal running of your business: conversations, calls, reports, records, schedules and the books. Your dashboard shows how much of this period’s usage you’ve used and when it resets. Big one-off jobs can run on extra usage, and nothing is charged before you agree.
What does Wilson do without asking?
The routine: answering customers, organizing records, drafting schedules, sending invoices and follow-ups. Refunds, discounts, prices and payroll always wait for you, and every action is on the record.
How do my records come across?
We bring them over from the apps and spreadsheets you use today, organize and label them, and check every line before anything goes live.
How is Stackworks Enterprise different?
Same software, same Wilson. Enterprise adds what a larger operation needs around it: your own infrastructure and phone lines, custom integrations, multiple agents, and a Stackworks team that designs, installs and supports it.
Is there a contract?
Wilson is monthly. Cancel any time. Enterprise is an annual agreement with Stackworks.
